The Furnace Side Wall Rotary Flux Injector operates through small furnace wall openings, minimizing thermal loss during degassing and fluxing processes. Its sealed design allows refining gas (nitrogen/argon) to fill the space above molten aluminum, preventing oxidation.
The motor-driven graphite rotor rotates while immersed in molten aluminum, introducing high-purity nitrogen/argon. This refiner effectively breaks inert gas into micro-bubbles that disperse uniformly through the melt. The hydrogen differential pressure causes diffusion into bubbles, which rise to the surface, significantly reducing hydrogen content.
